What are the dates of the ADSC?
Technical qualification/scrutineering: 12–14 January, challenge is 15–19 January, 2015.

What is the route?
The challenge will be held in the United Arab Emirates in a cross-country staged format and will run over four days. It will begin and end in Abu Dhabi. It will include both city and desert driving, all on well-maintained paved roads. The total distance will be at least 1,200 km.
Further details about the route and stops for the public to visit and interact with the teams will be announced in October 2014.
Will the cars need to be registered?
Yes. Cars will need to be authorized to drive on UAE roads. Details for proper vehicle registration and required documentation will be provided by the organisers.
Is there an entry fee?
Yes. The entry fee is $3,000 and must be paid to complete the registration process. The first 20 teams to register before August 31, 2014 will be refunded the full fee during the ADSC official team check-in and registration in Abu Dhabi.
Is there financial support to help teams travel to the UAE and compete in the ADSC?

Who are the organisers of the ADSC?
The ADSC is jointly organised and managed by Professional Sports Group and the Innovators Education Foundation. It is sanctioned by the International Solarcar Federation (ISF) under the direction of its Executive Board: Hans Tholstrup, Chris Selwood, Dan Eberle, Takahiro Iwata.
Will there be any other activities for the teams during and around the ADSC?
Yes. The ADSC will end at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center during the opening of the World Future Energy Summit and team members will be invited to attend the summit and conference at no cost.
Teams are also invited to participate in the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Festival which takes place after the end of the ADSC.
The ADSC host and organiser will also arrange several dinner receptions and cultural activities throughout the event. Teams wishing to arrive earlier and enjoy world-class activities such as New Year’s Eve in Dubai, or Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, can contact the organisers for further details.
